meet Emma

A little about Emma

 Emma brings four years of experience in mental health and disability support, offering a compassionate and practical approach to her work. From 2020 to 2022, she worked as a disability support worker, assisting individuals with physical disabilities and autism through personal care, appointments, and everyday companionship. Her background also includes 18 months of nursing studies, where she completed 240 clinical placement hours—120 in a nursing home and 120 in the acquired brain injury ward at The Austin Hospital as part of her mental health training.


Emma is passionate about making a positive impact and believes in the power of building strong, respectful relationships. She takes pride in helping people navigate day-to-day challenges and feel supported in their goals.


Outside of work, Emma enjoys going to the gym, travelling, being outdoors, horse riding, crafts (for the fun of it), and spending time with animals—especially dogs. Her easy going nature, empathy, and genuine care make her a thoughtful and dedicated support worker.

A little about Gill B

 Gill brings a calm and caring presence to her support work, helping individuals feel at ease in social settings and everyday activities. As a qualified chef, she understands the power of food to bring people together—creating moments of connection, comfort, and joy. Whether it's preparing a meal or sharing a conversation, Gill believes in the importance of feeling good in the moment.


With a strong focus on supporting participants to build confidence and independence, Gill enjoys helping others with social interactions and practical life skills. She values meaningful connection and is always ready to offer encouragement and support where it's needed.


Outside of work, Gill enjoys spending time with family and friends, bringing that same warmth and sense of togetherness into her support role.

A little about Gill

 Gill is a valued member of the Graman Support team, known for her calm, compassionate presence and down-to-earth nature. She finds deep reward in supporting participants through both everyday challenges and important milestones—always bringing empathy, understanding, and a good sense of humour to her work.


For Gill, being part of someone’s support network is about showing up during the tough times and celebrating the wins, no matter how big or small. She creates a space where participants feel heard, respected, and supported.


Outside of work, Gill enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and loves getting out to see live music whenever she can.

A little about Haleema

 Haleema has been working with Graman Support for over two years in providing support to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Having recently graduated from a Masters of Social Work, she implements trauma informed care and utilises a strengths based approach working towards creating impactful change where participants can recognise their own strengths. 


Haleema strives to establish meaningful relationships through embodying sincerity and integrity in every aspect of her work. She reflects on each circumstance and experience to strengthen her capacity to best support and assist participants with the utmost empathy. 


Outside of work, Haleema enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going for long walks, attending local markets, reading non-fiction books and enjoying as many sweets as she can find.

 Harper brings both professional training and personal insight to her role, holding a Diploma of Community Services and over two years of experience supporting individuals across mental health and disability programs. Shaped by her own lived experience, she understands how valuable good support can be and is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgemental environment where people feel empowered to be themselves and work towards their goals.


Her approach is guided by empathy, authenticity, and mutual respect. Harper believes in meeting people where they’re at, helping them build on their strengths, and celebrating their progress. With warmth and humour, she strives to make every interaction meaningful, uplifting, and grounded in genuine connection.


Outside of work, Harper is driven by her love for the arts—she enjoys singing, theatre, and music across all genres, as well as cooking, reading, and getting outdoors. A follower of Rugby League and a former netball player of 14 years, she also enjoys sport and staying active. Whether sharing her creativity, laughter, or encouragement, Harper is dedicated to supporting people in finding confidence and joy in everyday life.

A little about Jackson

 Jackson has been working as a mental health support worker for the past two years and brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and mental health challenges. His background includes training people with disabilities in gardening, as well as providing long-term care in both formal and informal settings. Jackson’s approach is grounded in patience, empathy, and adaptability, always working to meet people where they are and support them in ways that feel meaningful and achievable.


With a passion for music and the arts, Jackson brings creativity and a calm presence to his support work. He plays contemporary and jazz piano, tabla drums, and enjoys immersing himself in Melbourne’s vibrant arts scene—attending live music, theatre, film, and exhibitions. He also has a strong love for gardening, having worked professionally in horticulture, and finds joy in sharing that passion with others.


Jackson is an avid reader with a deep interest in psychology, mythology, and the classics, always curious about what shapes human behaviour and experience. He’s also a dog lover and shares his home with a sweet King Charles Cavalier.


Guided by kindness, respect, and a good sense of humour, Jackson takes an individualised and flexible approach to support—focusing on building strong, respectful relationships and helping clients move toward their goals at their own pace.

A little about Jasmine

 Jasmine is a dedicated and compassionate support worker with over five years of experience in the care sector. She has worked closely with individuals living with psychosocial disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities, and behaviours of concern, supporting them with understanding and consistency. Jasmine holds qualifications in Disability Support, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, and Community Services.


Known for her open and respectful communication, Jasmine is passionate about upholding each person's dignity and independence. She has extensive experience supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community and strongly believes in celebrating each person’s uniqueness and diversity.


Jasmine brings empathy and inclusivity to every interaction, shaped by her own experiences of being stereotyped and judged. This fuels her commitment to making others feel seen, heard, and valued—ensuring that care is not only professional but also deeply human.


Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys cooking, camping, fire twirling, and spending time with friends. She also has a unique passion for preserving animals and insects, reflecting her curiosity and appreciation for the natural world.

 Josh has been a mental health support worker with Graman for three years, bringing both professional experience and personal insight to his role. With lived experience of mental illness, Josh offers compassion, patience, and authenticity in the way he supports others. He values creating a balance between being goal-oriented and staying present—connecting through shared moments and having fun along the way.


Josh’s approach is grounded in empathy, kindness, and humour. He works alongside participants to build trust and empower them in their journey toward greater independence and wellbeing.


Outside of work, Josh is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, bushcraft, fishing, and trail running. He’s also into sport, going to the gym, gaming, and music—always keen to share a laugh and connect through common interests.

Kobe values ambition and belonging, and aims to create a space where participants feel empowered to work toward their goals at their own pace. He enjoys building genuine connections and encouraging growth through everyday moments.


Outside of work, you’ll find Kobe staying active—whether it’s fitness, fishing, golf, or just getting outdoors. He’s also a keen gamer, always up for trying something new… and rarely seen without a glass of milk in hand.

 Laura brings a calm, compassionate, and dependable presence to her support work, shaped by several years of experience in mental health and a deep commitment to helping others feel safe, respected, and understood. She is currently expanding her knowledge through studies in Community Services and Mental Health, further enriching her ability to support individuals from all walks of life.


Guided by values of empathy, honesty, and compassion, Laura creates a space where people feel heard and valued. She believes that genuine connection, patience, and consistency are essential to building trust and supporting mental health recovery.


Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with animals, exploring creative crafts, getting active through sport, and diving into a good book or musical. She values the role of play, creativity, and shared interests in promoting wellbeing and building strong, supportive relationships.

Leesa has been working as a support worker for nine years and brings both professional and personal experience to her role. She has completed a Diploma of Nursing, including a mental health placement, and has valuable lived experience that deepens her understanding and empathy.


Leesa is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where people feel safe and empowered. She values empathy, hard work, positivity, and a good sense of humour. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, being around animals, and getting creative with craft projects.

meet Lucy

A little about Lucy

  Lucy is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health challenges and helping them live more empowered, enjoyable lives. With experience assisting university students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other mental health conditions, she has helped clients engage in community activities, develop daily living skills, and build confidence.


Currently completing her degree in Psychology, Lucy brings a strong understanding of the science behind mental health, along with practical knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She also has personal experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, OCD, depression, and anxiety—always with compassion and a focus on autonomy and motivation.


Outside of work, Lucy enjoys water skiing, swimming, walking on the beach, and spending time with her dogs. She values empathy, trust, and a good sense of humour, believing that even small moments of joy can make a big difference.
