Outside of work, Miles enjoys hiking, exploring nature, reading, and diving into podcasts and videos on psychology, science, and history. He also enjoys time at the gym and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Micah is a dedicated support worker with over two years of experience in psychosocial recovery and disability support. He has worked alongside individuals with a wide range of support needs, including ASD, physical disabilities, depression, anxiety, and complex mental health conditions such as schizophrenia. In every role, Micah brings a calm, person-centred approach, helping participants build daily living skills, form positive habits, and work toward their own unique recovery goals.
Micah believes in meeting each person where they are, and works closely with participants and their support networks to develop plans that prioritise independence, inclusion, and personal growth. Whether it’s providing structure, building confidence, or simply offering social connection, Micah adapts to meet the needs of those he supports.
Outside of work, Micah enjoys gaming (mostly on PC), fishing, camping, and getting out into nature for hikes and walks. A lifelong animal lover, he’s always happy to chat about pets—especially dogs and cats. His love for gaming has also become a valuable tool in his work, helping him build strong connections with participants through shared interests and community.

Nichole has been a support worker for three years, assisting people with a variety of mental health conditions. She also brings personal experience caring for her sister, who is legally blind, which has strengthened her patience, empathy, and adaptability. Combined with study units in counselling and support, Nichole takes a person-centred and recovery-focused approach in all her work.
She values empathy, respect, and non-judgment in every interaction, and believes that humour can help build rapport and create a relaxed, supportive environment. Nichole approaches challenges with calmness, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset, always aiming to empower the people she supports to achieve their goals.

Nick has been working at Graman Support for the past four years and brings both professional training and personal experience to his work in mental health. After completing a Certificate IV in Mental Health, he developed a strong understanding of the sector, and his lived experience has shaped a compassionate and practical approach to supporting others.
He enjoys problem-solving and brings a calm, reliable presence to his work. Outside of support work, Nick loves being outdoors, going for walks, and watching AFL and cricket. He also has a Border Collie who can join sessions when appropriate, offering a bit of four-legged support. With a background in hospitality, Nick values routine, organisation, and helping others feel at ease in day-to-day tasks.

Roxy is especially passionate about working with people experiencing complex behaviours, challenges, or AOD concerns. She believes in showing up with honesty, compassion, and no judgment. You’ll always get the real Roxy—someone who listens, who’s open, and who’s here to support your goals, not push her own agenda.
With lived experience and formal qualifications—including a Diploma in Community Services and Case Management—Roxy brings both heart and knowledge to her work. She’s dedicated to helping people live their best lives, whatever that looks like for them.
Roxy has worked as both a Support Coordinator and Plan Manager, giving her a strong understanding of the NDIS and the power of real choice and control. She’s committed to helping people navigate their supports, build their capacity, and take confident steps toward the life they want.
At the core of Roxy’s work is a deep respect for the people she supports. She believes in building trusting relationships where individuals feel safe, seen, and supported just as they are. Her goal is to walk alongside you—helping to make the everyday easier, more joyful, and more meaningful.

Driven by her personal journey and deep care for others, Tegan is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges. She values the power of empathy and connection, and is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for the people she works with.
Outside of her placement, Tegan enjoys creative activities like drawing, painting, crochet, cooking and baking, as well as gardening, movies, gaming, reading, and learning about nutrition.
