 Shane is a calm and easy going support worker who brings patience, thoughtfulness, and genuine care to his work. Living in the Dandenong Ranges with his wife and two boys, Shane enjoys the outdoors and brings that same grounded, balanced energy into the support he provides.

With experience assisting adults facing drug and alcohol challenges, Shane has a strong passion for mental health support. He values respect and believes in walking alongside individuals as they work toward their personal goals—always in a way that honours their independence and strengths.

Shane enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and spending time in nature. He’s available Monday to Friday and is committed to providing consistent, flexible support to help participants feel empowered and understood.
