Aaron brings over eight years of experience as a dedicated support worker, having worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including diverse age groups, cultural communities, and LGBTQ+ individuals. His career has spanned various settings—from prison and parole systems to acute and secure hospital wards, community rehabilitation units, and in-home support—giving him a well-rounded and adaptable approach to mental health care.
Aaron is passionate about building respectful, compassionate relationships with the people he supports, always approaching his work with empathy, integrity, and a good sense of humour.
Outside of work, Aaron is an outdoor enthusiast who loves camping, hiking, and mountain biking. He’s also into PC and VR gaming and enjoys the occasional good book. With a history of volunteering at animal sanctuaries, he’s confident and comfortable around animals of all kinds.
